Once subscribed, you will first receive a 15 page Lifestyle and Diet Prescription. You will also receive Google Calendar invite with Zoom details to join Dr Rawat MD through a 4 week journey of weight loss and metabolic recovery. Dr Rawat MD will coach you as part of a group via Zoom Group interactive Sessions held twice a week on Tuesdays & Thursdays 20:30 PM Eastern Time.
You will be invited into a private Facebook group and allocated into a batch according to month of year. Currently enrolling into JUNE 2024 !
I regularly post on social media, write blogs and am currently writing a book. While a lot of this information is available online, this programme will give you the opportunity to interact with me directly and apply it to your life in a more relevant way.
Being in a group setting enables learning from other people in the group. The private Facebook group will also allow for 24hrs access to advise directly from me and sharing of stories and motivation.

I shed12 KG / 26 LB in weight over 12 weeks and kept it off but I knew the battle against weight gain wasn't over. This realization drove me to pursue in-depth knowledge in Nutrition at Harvard. I have over 25 years of clinical experience and studied Nutrition at Harvard. I have helped countless clients lose weight, reverse metabolic disease and reduce chronic systemic inflammation.
At Harvard I was influenced greatly by our coarse director who was also President of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine at the time. Several aspect of this programme have be inspired by the knowledge I gained at Harvard and are echoed in the curriculum of American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
