-have a recent (within 5 yrs) diagnosis of metabolic disease

Coaching Programme Consists of
-Weekly one hour Zoom Video group sessions
-Choice of either 9AM Tuesday or 4PM Thursday Eastern Time Zone.
-Sessions for first 4 weeks will be Educational
-Subsequent weekly sessions will be for Progress Tracking and Troubleshooting in a group setting
-All sessions conducted by Dr S Rawat MD himself
-Video recording and reading material with recommended actions emailed after each session

From 2nd Month you will join Weekly sessions for
-Tracking progress using the Biometric Data shared with Dr S Rawat MD
-Troubleshooting any difficulties encountered
-Encourage each other as a group
-Learn from each others struggles and achivements
-You will have the option to join a private Facebook group for additional support
