4. Are there weight loss components in the program?
Yes, the program offers optional weight loss challenges, including Low-Calorie Fasting Mimicking Diets, and teaches body recomposition strategies such as calorie cycling.

The program is led by Dr. Rawat MD, a full-time Family Physician in Canada who studied Nutrition at Harvard. He has assisted hundreds of patients in reversing metabolic diseases through this coaching program and his clinic.

6. What are the pricing options for the program?
The program offers a simple pricing structure (all prices are in Canadian dollars):

  • First Month: $300 for eight 1-hour Zoom group coaching sessions, 30 days of Cronometer tracking with direct messaging, and access to hundreds of pages of educational content.
  • Subsequent Months: $100 per month for ongoing tracking and direct messaging on Cronometer.
  • Zoom Coaching Only: $200 for eight 1-hour Zoom group coaching sessions with Q&A and educational content, for those who prefer not to engage with Cronometer tracking.

7. What results have participants experienced?
