Program Overview

Metabolic Disease Reversal is possible and requires focus on five main pillars:

Ideal Characteristics of participants are

  • Age between 25 & 55
  • Diagnosed with Metabolic Dysfunction within the last 15 years 
  • Body mass index above 25 and / or waist circumference over 35 inches in women & over 40 inches in men.
  • Willing to make changes to their diet, exercise, meal timing & supplement routines
  • Comfortable with use of technology and Apps

 

Health transformation is possible! Over four weeks and eight Zoom group sessions, I'll guide you on reversing metabolic diseases like fatty liver, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, PCOS, and hypertension. This month of coaching offers a unique chance to gain lifelong knowledge for healthier living.


About the Program

Duration: 4 Weeks
Format: 1-Hour Group Zoom Sessions (Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:00 PM Eastern Time)
Each session includes a 30-minute presentation followed by a 30-minute Q&A.

  • Tuesday: Benefits of Early Time-Restricted Feeding & Ideal Meal Timing
  • Thursday: Optimize Gut Microbiome for Metabolism

Week 3- Focus on Reducing Body Weight & Inflammation

  • Tuesday: Reduce Chronic Inflammation & Aging
  • Thursday: Top 10 Tips to Optimize Body Weight 

Week 4- Focus on Specific Conditions with Metabolic Dsysfunction

  • Tuesday: Reversing Metabolic Syndrome, Hypertension & Sleep Apnea
  • Thursday: Reversing Fatty Liver, Diabetes & Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
