While there are many supplements that claim to benefit liver health, only a few have demonstrated efficacy in reversing fatty liver in randomized controlled trials. The supplements with the best evidence to back their use include Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, antioxidants and certain probiotics.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids: EPA and DHA

Fish and seafood are good food sources of Omega-3, but this can be supplemented as well. Multivitamin & Multimineral with  Antioxidants Lycopene & Lutein

Antioxidants such as Lutein and Lycopene have demonstrated benefits for liver health in animal studies. Probiotics

Certain Probiotics have also demonstrated benefit for Liver Health. While the scientific evidence to back these probiotics appears promising, further study is required to confirm these claims.
